We had a lovely night out prepared for us by Ruth Kempe, at her ‘Just Three Drops’ restaurant in Llanfair Caereinion.

Wine and cocktails greeted us on arrival, then we watched with great interest while Ruth did a fascinating cookery demonstration of Thai cooking. Later, we sat down to enjoy the fruits of her labour and everyone agreed the food was absolutely delicious!
