What a treat! Following the AGM, with the new committee elected, and wild, wet and windy November weather outside, members of Llangynog WI were greeted in the hall by their good friend, Brenda Young, busily setting up for the evening’s cosmopolitan cookery demonstration.

Brenda delighted members with snippets from her past as cookery demonstrator and teacher, as she mixed a Rosado de Verano to fill each member’s glass to accompany the delicious spiced nuts.

Now feeling really relaxed, members watched, as with great skill and apparent ease, Brenda prepared a veritable feast from the exquisite Muhammara and Hummus dips, through the beautiful curried beetroot main dish to the mouth-watering Brownies.
