Duck Race & Promise Auction

Members kindly provided lots of cakes for us to sell at the Bowling Club's annual duck race.

We also sold plants grown by Debbie.

The following month, Llangynog WI members decided to put their combined culinary skills to good use by providing the promise of a cake (home-made) and jar (jam, honey, chutney, etc.) every month for a whole year. All items to be provided by Llangynog WI members.

September's offering was ready to be collected on the night by the winning bidder.

Our Promise of monthly CAKE AND JAR raised £120!
