About eight members, some with hubbies, went along to one of these events, and were treated to a splendid evening of Middle Eastern food tasting. Chris gave a brief talk about the Denman course he had been on and then described how the various dishes had been made and ingredients used.
Members then wasted no time in tucking-in to the wonderful array of Middle Eastern food. There was plenty to eat, and everyone was keen to go back for seconds and even thirds! Chris had also kindly prepared copies of the various recipes for members to take away with them.
