Lorraine Thomas, from Blood Bikes, gave an interesting and extremely informative talk and slide show.

We learned all about the amazing voluntary work Blood Bikes Wales does for the NHS, such as delivering blood, plasma, mother's milk to neonatal units, urgent samples e.g. for possible sepsis, etc., important documents, medical notes and other urgently required items.

A tasty supper was provided by group C.

Competition - a border using the words BLOOD BIKES, was won by Christine with Wendy taking second place.
